The interior living areas of the first floor are over 1,500 square feet of wonderful entertaining space. There is great flow between areas and from inside space to outside space. There are four sets of large double doors which can be flung open to connect inside and out. The pool was designed as an extension of the great room area and creates the perfect backdrop for your special occasion or your personal enjoyment. The use of Spanish Cedar doors and windows, concrete counters and tables, mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, formal and informal accessories, and unique and various artwork give the room a sophisticated yet comfortable feel.

There are also spacious outside terraces, patios, walkways, and courtyards which add to the overall estate feel of the property and make it the perfect entertaining space. Large groups can be accommodated very comfortably for that special event, yet one to six people feel right at home for the perfect getaway.

The great room entertainment center has a large television complete with satellite audio and video. Sound from the great room is also wired to the upstairs library and to the two outside pool areas. There is also high-speed internet access and unlimited long distance telephone service to Puerto Rico and the US.
