the Overlook
poolside cabanaThe poolside cabana is an outdoor seating area complete with poured in place concrete banquets and a concrete table. It is an extension of the house and actually sits in one corner of the swimming pool. It was designed to provide a birds-eye view of the wonderful vistas while having a close association with the pool and the indoor living areas.
The concrete banquets are softened with custom cushions of Sunbrella fabric for you relaxing pleasure. There are speakers to provide your favorite sound and ceiling fans for those rare times when there is no ocean breeze. The fountain spouts of the pool are built into the foundation wall of the Cabana and the relaxing sound of the water will soothe away the world left behind.
There are a variety of plantings surrounding the Pool Cabana such as hibiscus, fish-tail palms, coco palms, and Dama de la Noche. It is the perfect spot to spend a lazy afternoon or have a small cocktail party with comfortable conversation.
